Average ease: 7.6/10 from 13 responses. Project-task misclicks: 66.7%; payment misclicks: 66.5%; conversations: 89.1 seconds on average. The redesigned navigation, dashboard, projects, project detail, Finance and search are responses to the original prototype findings. Post-redesign improvement has not been measured.
- Bright Spark: SLIIT academic research into preschool learning and monitoring. 55 adult survey responses; prototype sessions involved parents, teachers and children. Test sample counts and variant effect sizes are not reported, so the case study does not establish a statistically validated A/B winner.
- NVW / New Venture Wealth: financial-services website UX/UI, design system and Figma plugin workflow. The case study documents design artefacts; quantified business or live-product usability outcomes are not established.
